On March 5, a helicopter belonging to the Malaysian coast guard encountered a crash while conducting a training exercise in the Strait of Malacca, near Angsa Island. The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia confirmed the incident but did not provide details on what led to the crash.

Successful Rescue Operation

Miraculously, all four individuals onboard, including the pilots, were rescued following the accident. A rescue helicopter was promptly dispatched to the scene, ensuring that there were no fatalities.
