The highly anticipated Plantation Plaza, Tengah’s inaugural neighborhood center, is slated for a grand opening in the second quarter of 2024. This development comes as a boon to residents eager for enhanced amenities in Singapore’s newest housing estate.
Spanning five levels, Plantation Plaza will feature a total of 75 retail outlets. The unveiling of these shops will be phased, starting with key tenants such as a Giant supermarket and a Koufu food court, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) announced on March 9. This move aligns with the growing anticipation among Tengah’s residents, who have been awaiting the introduction of more community facilities since the initial batch of homeowners received their flat keys in August of the previous year.
