Mid-Year Bonus Announcement
Civil servants in Singapore are set to receive a 0.45-month mid-year bonus, as announced by the Public Service Division (PSD) on Thursday, June 20. This bonus reflects the government’s recognition of their hard work and dedication.
Special One-Time Payments for Junior Officers
In addition to the mid-year bonus, junior grade officers will receive an extra one-time payment. Specifically, civil servants in grades equivalent to MX13(I) and MX14 will receive an additional S$150. Meanwhile, those in grades equivalent to MX15 and MX16, along with employees in the Operations Support Scheme (OSS) Grades III and IV, will receive an extra payment of S$250 (US$185). These payments aim to provide additional support and acknowledgment to those at the junior levels of the civil service.
