On June 28, a fire broke out at Fishery Port Road, leading to the evacuation of approximately 40 people and the hospitalization of one firefighter.
Firefighting Efforts
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) quickly responded to the scene and successfully extinguished the blaze using two water jets.
Evacuation and Emergency Response
Around 40 individuals had already evacuated the affected premises before the SCDF arrived. Despite the rapid response, one firefighter sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
