A fire incident at a Sengkang executive condominium prompted the evacuation of approximately 200 residents on the evening of February 25. The blaze originated from a unit on the 13th floor of Bellewaters EC, located at Block 13 Anchorvale Crescent.
Responding to the emergency, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) arrived at the scene after being notified around 9.15 pm. During the evacuation, one individual sustained a minor head injury due to a fall on the ground floor and received medical attention at Sengkang General Hospital.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire to prevent future incidents and ensure the safety of the condominium’s residents.
