President Tharman Shanmugaratnam had a private audience with Pope Francis at the Holy See in Rome on June 22. This meeting was part of his visit to the Italian capital.
Participation in Group of 30 Plenary
Mr. Tharman is in Rome to attend a Group of 30 plenary session hosted by the Banca d’Italia. Additionally, he will co-chair a meeting of the Global Commission on the Economics of Water from June 20 to 23.
Upcoming Official Visits
Following his engagements in Rome, President Tharman will embark on official visits to Italy and Estonia from June 24 to 26.
