High Traffic Volume at Woodlands and Tuas

Both the Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints are expected to experience continuous heavy traffic leading up to and throughout the period from August 8 to August 13. Travelers using these routes should prepare for significant delays and plan accordingly.

In its travel advisory, the ICA advised travelers to factor in additional waiting times due to the anticipated traffic congestion. Those planning to cross the border are encouraged to consider alternative travel arrangements or adjust their schedules to avoid peak hours.
