Singapore’s Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel Crowned World’s Best New Skyscraper
The Pan Pacific Orchard hotel, a 23-storey marvel in Singapore’s bustling shopping district, has been crowned the world’s best new skyscraper by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The award was part of a prestigious recognition of tall buildings globally, with the non-profit CTBUH serving as the leading authority on skyscrapers.
Pan Pacific Orchard Wins Multiple Awards
Standing at 140 meters tall, the Pan Pacific Orchard, which opened in June 2023, received several accolades at the CTBUH conference held across London and Paris from September 23 to 27. In addition to being named the world’s best new skyscraper, the hotel also won awards for the best tall building between 100m and 199m high, among other categories.
