A 61-year-old man, Loh Chye Hoe, faced attempted murder charges on December 21st following a violent incident involving a cleaver at Pasir Ris West Plaza, a shopping mall in Pasir Ris Street 72. The attack, which occurred on December 20th around 4.50 pm, left four individuals injured, including the accused.
